Thanks for your interest in volunteering to help someone in need!

When we first created Lotsa Helping Hands, the service was designed for private communities—to organize and support families in caregiving situations where the coordinators of the communities pretty much know all the members.

Then, something happened.

We started hearing from our members asking if they could lend a hand to someone in need. Anyone in need. In their local town or neighborhood. We even learned about Lotsa Helping Hands communities that were started for this reason—where the community organizers found work-arounds within the current service to accommodate the particular needs of these more public communities, helping multiple families at a given time in their local area.

New Service – Coming Soon!

Consistent with our overall vision, we will soon launch a new service that addresses the growing interest for greater civic engagement, that brings together interested volunteers in local towns and neighborhoods to organize help for multiple people in one Lotsa Helping Hands community, where they live.
